Heavy Armor specialists have to wait until Orcish to get their Full set (unless you use Immersive Armors, but even then, I don't think Einherjar, Warchief, and Heroic Stormcloak come cheap). However, Fur armor (through Frostfall) is available almost as soon as you start playing the game, so you can get that very early on. More of the Light armors are considered Limited than the Heavy because it made visual sense to me. I mean, have you seen that Paladin armor No Just go to Dawnguard and see that. They add way too much stuff when it's not really needed. Requiem already changes armors and weapons where it matters so you don't need those. Most of the rest of the Heavy armors are at least Standard, because to make them any less given their visual appearance would make me a modding criminal. They are compatible regarding armor and damage values, but I would stay away from them.

Investigating further, I found that there are conflicts between requiem and IA and that loading a new game with just IA installed restored the clothes to all NPCs. Noticed some Companions and Orcs (in their stronghold) do not have any clothes/armor on. No doubt there is something in the above list that you don't agree with. Essentially, playing with Requiem 1.9, Immersive armors (IA) and some other mods. What do you mean, Daedric isn't Full protection? Prison er's Cloth es (Roughsp un Tunic, etc)
